The Competencies Library is a collaboration of many different areas of expertise coming together to create a useful tool for a supervisors and employees. Using content developed by KornFerry Organizational Consulting, our small team built the interactive library for easy access and organization of the material. The purpose of the Competencies Library is to help identify areas of growth and create opportunities for development. It can be used to enhance skills and abilities in a current career role or in preparation for advancement to a new position.
